Felicia knows what it means to walk through the wilderness and wonder who she is on the other side. Bailey Global: Women of Worth™ grew from that journey and her conviction that survival was never supposed to become a woman’s identity.
A certified life coach, medically retired combat veteran, single mother, international speaker, and contributing author, Felicia brings lived experience to the women she guides. With faith at its core, the Worth Activation Method™ meets each woman within her own story and responsibilities. Felicia guides her to recognize patterns that will no longer serve her, prune what survival required of her, and make her next decision rooted in who God called her to be.
